Writing It down is Important – there is power in writing – there is release and freedom in writing
Frequency of words and actions - moving positive and negative frequencies or emotion about is a learning process. Thinking in your head space or meditation is a start. It is an action. You thought it, good or bad, now what do you do with it?
Like the Nautilus, each segment of our life is a building block to who we are/become. What we allow to stay in those segment is our own personal choice. This Book is about cleaning out every segment to attain the you that you want to be.
A private journal or burning page journal is where is a good idea. If your thoughts are deeply troubling and keep you in a negative place, try writing as specifically as possible, and in as much honesty as you can, knowing that you are going to rip those pages up or burn and destroy those horrible thoughts, memories, feelings. Opening up a pin hole in that bag of poison that is weighing heavy on you.
Your journal is not a bargaining chip. You do not need to apologize- to anyone about what you wrote, no need to crumble because you feel embarrassment or shame because that is what toxic, controllers and abusers want, control of you, your thoughts, your emotions.
The next step for purging that poison is to let yourself evaluate in your other journal (the keeping, healing one) where or how these thoughts and feelings manifested. This is a little harder sometimes. It means you are beginning to sort and release ownership of some very rotten things that have plagued you and kept you from Be-ing.
Speaking is the next step to frequency control. Once you have begun to look into the depths of what keeps you back it will become easier and sometimes necessary to SPEAK them out. Try it alone in your private space so you can feel the words and energy leave your body and mind. Know what it feels like. End this session with intention positivity. Thank yourself for having the courage to speak those sounds and release them. Appreciate how much effort and determination that it requires. Commit to yourself that you will speak of it again and maybe into a safe group that have all made the same commitment for the final release and gaining of your peace of spirit.
From that point on, depending on the level of need to drive it out for good. You may need to speak it several times over, at some point you will feel it change into a reference to guide yourself or others to help them see that there is a way back. You become the teacher, guide, healer, mentor, and friend. You begin to feel stronger and in control of yourself and environment. And you may even learn to Not want to control others environment.
