Space - Aura - Boundaries
What are these things to you?
How do you detect them?
How do you define your personal space or others?
Like the Nautilus, each segment of our life is a building block to who we are/become. What we allow to stay in those segment is our own personal choice. This Book is about cleaning out every segment to attain the you that you want to be.
Do you have boundaries with people and how close you are comfortable with them being?
Do these boundaries shift with different people?
Do you want to be hugged by some but never ask them and accept hugs from others that make you very uncomfortable? What keeps you from expressing this to others?
When your hair and skin prickles when a stranger moves to close what is your go to habit of relief?
Has someone taught you how to make spatial boundaries mentally, verbally, or any other way?
Does moving out of someone's way bring an automatic “I’m sorry’ to your lips rather than a polite ‘excuse me’ to get their attention and alert them that you are present? Why would an apology be necessary?
Pardon me is generally used when you are interrupting rather than garnering attention to speak or pass by.

What do these words and sentences mean to you? Write a sentence that describes each one. Are there any similarities? Give yourself some time to reflect as to what that means. This is an excellent round table discussion with others where many thoughts, details, and information can be shared and learned. Always refer back to your Gut instinct on all of it even if it becomes very confusing. What are the differences? Be prepared to join the discussion and have your thoughts switch back and forth many times before you find a peaceful settling in place of it all.
