What kind of music/movies do you like? Has your taste changed over the years?


Like the Nautilus, each segment of our life is a building block to who we are/become. What we allow to stay in those segment is our own personal choice. This Book is about cleaning out every segment to attain the you that you want to be.


Do you listen to the music beat, melody, lyrics, and overall emotion of sound?

Movies of romance, fantasy, sci fi, documentary, reality, action, etc.?

Have you ever had an instance where you really like a it until one day it made sense in an uncomfortable way and that was It, You could not enjoy that anymore?

Do you find that you choose music/movies that matches your mood? 


EX: you allow someone to hurt your feelings by calling you a hurtful name and find yourself popping in some really angry music or a horror movie that matches your mood?

How long does this last? Hours, Days, until someone else comes along and says something nice to you?

Give this a lot of thought and come to some terms with who holds the power of your emotions and wellbeing. 

Terms like Brain Fog, Brainwash, and Subliminal manipulation are things to think about.

This is a great round table discussion and experiment.

Include reading preference in this list. write about what the differences are. Take a walk and give it a lot of thought. All of these things are food for thoughts. What are feeding yourself and is it helping to perpetuate your emotional turmoil?
